Autonomous 3D Printing at Scale: JENI 7-Module System Unveiled

We have now expanded our JENI platform to a 7-module configuration, significantly increasing its capability for high-volume, automated production. This latest evolution enables a single JENI system to support up to 124 interconnected 3D printing nodes, delivering a powerful solution for scalable additive manufacturing.

Designed for continuous, reliable production of end-use plastic parts

Each individual 3D printing node offers a build volume of 130mm by 225mm, with a build height of 57mm. These nodes are seamlessly integrated through high-speed robotic handling, creating a fully automated workflow from print to part removal. The result is a lights-out manufacturing system designed for continuous, reliable production of end-use plastic parts.

In this configuration, JENI demonstrates exceptional throughput. When producing standoffs, the system is capable of manufacturing over 1.2 million parts within an 8-hour production window. This level of output positions JENI as a highly competitive alternative to traditional manufacturing methods such as injection moulding, particularly for applications requiring flexibility, rapid iteration, or decentralised production.

Designed with efficiency in mind, the entire 7 module system operates within a compact footprint of less than 6.1 square metres. This makes it ideal for factory environments where space optimisation and production density are critical considerations.

With true 24/7 autonomous operation, JENI enables manufacturers to reduce labour dependency, increase production uptime, and scale output on demand. Whether used for batch production, bridge manufacturing, or distributed manufacturing strategies, the expanded 7-module JENI system represents a major step forward in industrial 3D printing automation.
