If you are looking for a rigid prototyping resin for your DLP printer that produces parts that won’t buckle when pressure is applied, Photocentric’s UV DLP Hard fits the bill. This material exhibits very high tensile shear properties and very low elongation, ensuring 3D printed parts cannot be bent and compressed or deformed. UV DLP produces parts with crisp details, high stiffness and hardness for 3D printing hobbyists and professionals alike.

Glossary of Key Terms
Tensile strength: Ability for an object to withstand pulling (tensile) force. Measured in units of force per cross-sectional area.
% elongation: How much an object can be stretched from its original shape.
Young’s Modulus: How much force is needed to stretch an object.
Flexural Strength: Ability to resist deformation under load.
Flexural Modulus: Measurement of an objects resistance to bend when force is applied (bend modulus).
HDT: Temperature at which a plastic deforms under heat.

I had printing problems with Imprimo resin as well as exaggerated cost. I was therefore looking for a good print quality at a reasonable price. I tried yours and i’m finding it works very well.
