Production Parts
We are not a prototype service, uniquely we use LCD 3D printing to digitally mass manufacture parts.
Our customers benefit from the advantages of buying parts without the financial and physical constraints of tooling.
We manufacture photopolymer resin and LCD printers and use our vertical integration to provide exceptional value, turning liquid into solid in volumes no one else can match.

Our part making service
From concept through digital design to despatch, we will partner with you in getting the right answer to your part-making problem. We have printed more than 7 million parts and have a huge amount of experience in CAD, Design For Additive, and material selection.
The advantages of digitally designing enclosures
We use printing widely to make the products we sell. In the case of electronics enclosures, we print them to make a better product for our customers, not just for convenience. It makes manufacturing faster as we don’t have to raise external purchase orders or wait for lead times, it allows our engineers to incorporate custom fixings into the enclosure structure, reducing components and our stock, it allows us to design optimally, not having to conform to external supplier geometries or commit to tooling.
Warranty Guaranteed parts
Secure IP Data is protected
Quality Assured ISO 9001 certified

Magna Factory
You want lots of cost-effective, functional parts with a great finish?
Magna Factory is your own farm of Magna printers with wash and cure processing, which we install, that exactly meet your digital production needs.
It is the most cost-effective way to make millions of parts. Typical Magna Factory users create over €1m of sales per annum.
We start the process by evaluating your part and applying DfAM to improve it; lower its cost, lightweight it, incorporate other components and make it to easier to assemble. We supply a TCO for these parts.
We will configure Magna Factory to make the quantity you want; we will train your staff and optimise your process.
In production, each Magna, will produce between 1.5kg and 7.5kg of parts per shift. Magna Factory users benefit from special pricing on hardware and substantial discounts on resin. It is specifically designed to deliver a low TCO and encourage maximum usage.
Based in a region blighted by economic decline, Merit 3D had the vision of bringing manufacturing back to USA. They started working with Photocentric in 2018 and now have a large Magna farm of over 30 printers. They have crafted a dominant position selling printed parts at prices equivalent to injection moulded ones.
