To support the complex requirements of the metal etching process, the Die components are manufactured by a trusted partner in the Asia, before being brought to us in-house for quality checking, packaging, and dispatch. This means that you can be assured of the same quality of product and service that Photocentric Craft is known for, and your designs are still secure.

Key Features
Easy Release
Our Cutting dies have a Teflon coating to enable a fast and efficient easy release.
Deep Etch
The etching depth is 0.35mm, making them ideal to cut paper and card up to 300gsm.
Versatile
Made from carbon steel, our cutting dies are strong, durable and reusable

We can apply colour coating to the die.

Die Options, Sizes and Packaging
Cutting dies can be made available in a wide range of UK and US sizes, all tailored to suit your product needs. Each cutting die is carefully packaged as standard with:
Standard cutline has vanishing internal border with 1mm space
Can include Embossing detail for texture and dimension
Score and perforation cutting lines are also possible
0.8mm overall die thickness
Branded packaging options
Our Dies come individually adhered onto a clear, acetate sheet, for a clean and professional finish, with Dies that are easily removed and stored.
Each set is then packaged on top of a double-sided 300gsm insert card, which is custom printed to your own brand and design, then packed into a clear bag with hanging euro slot. The result is a professionally packaged and fully finished Die set which you can be proud to display and send to your customers.

I never envisaged designing my own products years ago mainly due to my lack of digital experience; I always had a preconceived idea that it was all too complicated.
